A service desk has been configured in Jira, and is available directly through EQUIST in the footer tab ‘Service Desk’:
Enter in as much information you can related to a problem/bug, questions for clarification, and/or suggestions for improvement(s) to the tool.
- Problems (bugs): Report a problem
- Questions for clarification: Ask a question
- Suggestions for improvement: Suggest a new feature
Please enter in as much information as you can in each field to create a ticket. Please also upload a screenshot of the issue, if relevant.
